Physiotherapist and Hand Therapist
Andie graduated from AUT in 2001 and has worked in private practice since. She has a background in sports physio for predominantly, rugby and basketball, having worked with both provincial and national teams. Many of these years were spent with youth teams, so she has a special interest in the management of injuries in adolescents. In 2012 Andie completed her Hand Therapy training and attained registered status in 2014. Andie had a particular interest in sports related hand injuries but is happy to treat any issues. She loves the balance of working in an environment where she can treat hands, general injuries as well as exercise based rehab. Andie has done Pilates training in both NZ and Australia and has taught mat classes on and off for several years. She is currently studying nutrition through PreKure with a focus on metabolic health and hormonal balance.
Andie is originally from the North Island, having recently moved to Lincoln with her young family, they are enjoying all the South Island has to offer. When she is not running around after her kids, she likes to keep fit by attending the gym.
