If on the day of your appointment you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result or are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, or are considered a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, then we ask that you do not turn up to the clinic and that you call to cancel your face-to-face appointment. We will discuss Telehealth options with you for your physiotherapy treatment.
What to expect when you visit a clinic:
- All visitors will need to scan our Covid Tracer QR code on entry
- Any support person will also need to complete the pre-screening checklist
- Our clinic team will be wearing a face mask and we recommend all patients and visitors do too
- You will need to bring appropriate clothing for your appointment as we are unable to provide shorts or gowns
