Alison loves looking after cute short-term injuries and motivating her patients.
About
Alison graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physio). She enjoys using manual therapy in conjunction with exercise-based therapy to assist recovery and prevent future injuries. Alison has completed the Bradcliff breathing course. This training allows her to both recognise and treat dysfunctional breathing that may be a result of prolonged stress, anxiety, injury or chronic nasal problems.

I love looking after acute short-term injuries and motivating my patients to get the best from treatment. I like using pictures and other visual feedback to help explain physical conditions and treatments.
