About

Anna originally trained as a Professional Contemporary Dancer at the NZ School of Dance, then studiedFitness Management at Otago University. Anna has worked for Back In Motion/ Motus Health for 10 years, teaching classes and guiding clients with their Pilates practise.

Likes

I enjoy teaching people to learn about their body’s capabilities, enabling them to improve their movement and wellbeing in their everyday lives.

Living Active

In my down time I love Walking, Dancing, Weight Training, Reading, and going to the Theatre.
