I am committed to always learning more and updating my practice based on latest research. I love helping people understand more about their health and empowering them to make decisions in line with their goals and values.
Living Active
I love the chance to get out into the hills for a walk or run, always with my dog Max, and sometimes with my family. I have recently started agility training with Max which is a challenge for us both.
