Francesca’s journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her background in competitive hockey and athletics, where she developed a deep appreciation for sports recovery and injury management. She pursued her physiotherapy studies at Auckland University of Technology, which equipped her with the skills to help others overcome musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

I am passionate about sports rehabilitation, specialising in helping athletes return to the field, court, track, or any sporting arena. I also have a keen interest in general rehabilitation, supporting individuals with various injuries and conditions.
Living Active
I stay active by playing hockey on the weekends, running, and going to the gym. I also love spending time in the Marlborough Sounds, where I enjoy water skiing and fishing.
