Jessica is a physio with a curious mind and soft spot for neuro and motivational puzzles – Equal parts science, patience and a dash of humour. Jessica likes to think of herself as part detective and part motivator.

She has worked across hospital settings, community, outpatient, private practice clinics and sports setups across both countries. She brings in neurorehabilitation, cardiorespiratory care, orthopaedic recovery, motivational strategies, functional rehabilitation and multicultural safety into her practice.

Likes

I love nudging people past what they think they can do (sometimes sneaking in progress disguised as fun). Keeping exercises fresh and motivation is something I enjoy aligning with your needs. Most important to me is making sure you feel informed, safe in your choices and heard in your goals.

Living Active

Outside of work, I like to balance movement and creativity. You’ll find me baking, experimenting with recipes, doing art or joining a random workshop to learn a new skill or information. Staying active to me is caring for both body and mind- keep them moving!
