Likes

I enjoy guiding & motivating people to return (or even start) their sporting & recreational activities, after injury. We live in such a beautiful country that constantly nudges & encourages us to be active in the outdoors. I have a strong clinical interest in sports & recreation rehabilitation, and exercise prescription.

Being born & bred in North Canterbury, I am committed to providing a physiotherapy service that supports (and provides a positive impact to) my local community.

Living Active

I live on a small farm, close to Mt Grey/Maukatere, with my partner and two sons. We all enjoy mountain biking & hiking throughout the Hurunui District. Sam our fox terrier/jack russell is a regular companion on our adventures.
