About

Kim has been part of the Rolleston community since 2010, except for two years in the UK where she mostly worked for the NHS. Kim has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Management and has also trained in acupuncture, dry needling, and Pilates.

Kim enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, and has specific interest in women’s pelvic health, treating issues such as pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, post-partum return to exercise, and management of incontinence and pelvic pain. She is also commencing therapeutic ultrasound for the treatment of blocked ducts and mastitis in breastfeeding.

Likes

I like to take a holistic approach to pain and injury management, and I love tackling longstanding and complex issues. I enjoy treating a wide range of conditions including women’s pelvic floor issues, sports (and other) injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain.

I especially like working with those who wouldn’t define themselves as athletic.

Living Active

I enjoy strength training group fitness classes and going for walks with my family.
