Likes

I really enjoy seeing patients get back to doing what they love and working with a wider health team to get the best possible outcome for my patients. I also believe education is important, so I continue to learn and adapt to provide latest research-based practices. Taking Pilates classes is one way I take an injury prevention approach, especially for runners.

Living Active

Running is my main form of activity and I like competing in half marathon events throughout New Zealand, on and off-road. I also like going on adventures with the family, mountain biking, skiing, and giving everything a go. When at home I love hanging out in the garden growing our own vegetables and fruit.
