Likes

I enjoy working with motivated clients to improve their health and wellbeing and to assist in injury prevention. I get great enjoyment from seeing clients return to their pre-injury work, sport, and daily activity capacity.

Living Active

I love to run, cycle and get out into the hills, as well as strength training to feel strong and keep the injuries away. More recently I have been enjoying getting back into triathlon since having my two girls.
