The Integrated Care Pathway (ICP) is a fully funded, coordinated rehabilitation programme designed for patients recovering from more significant knee, shoulder, or spine injuries.
Whether you’re dealing with an ACL rupture, rotator cuff tear, or a lumbar disc prolapse, this pathway provides structured, multidisciplinary care to help you recover well and return to work and life as safely and quickly as possible.

Your Motus physiotherapist can help assess your eligibility and refer you into the pathway. Once accepted, you’ll be supported by a dedicated health navigator and a full multidisciplinary team to ensure the right care at the right time.
The ICP is delivered by RESS Ltd, a joint venture formed in 2016 by leaders in orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and private healthcare. RESS originally developed the successful proof-of-concept ACL care pathway with ACC, showing:
