Likes

I am dedicated to working alongside our clients and their team of health professionals to ensure every exercise programme is specifically suited to their needs and that progress is being achieved. I encourage measured progress, providing encouragement, and developing self-belief in my clients.

My greatest aim for clients is that they develop a love of movement, feel confident to self-manage their conditions through exercise and create an active lifestyle habit.

I love working with the close-knit team of health professionals at Motus and love the internal network of referral, linking our physiotherapy & exercise prescription services, ensuring our clients are well looked after and supported through their exercise and recovery journeys.

Living Active

Outside of work, you’ll find me on my farm, looking after & riding horses, training, and competing in ESNZ Dressage or coaching Equestrian Athletes. I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking, hiking & cycling with my husband and pets.
