Likes

I’ve enjoyed being involved with representative level rugby, touch and softball teams. Currently I’m interested in shoulder injury assessment and rehabilitation. I like being part of a multi-disciplinary team and I refer to sports doctors, sports psychologists, nutritionists, and podiatry when needed.

Living Active

I love any sport or competition. Though I’ve hung up my rugby boots now, I’m into going to the gym, surfing, playing golf, basketball, and tennis. I also really enjoy getting into the hills for tramping NZ’s peaks when I can.
