Likes

I’m focused on a model and practice of rehab that can be applied equitably to a modern Aotearoa, one that allows each person to thrive. I am interested in what gives us our common humanity, while engaging with the day-to-day realities of care and health in an everchanging world. I believe change and progress are always possible.

Living Active

As much as I love jumping in the sea in the middle of winter or meditating in a cave, my passion is exploring this beautiful country with my daughter or running the dog up the Bridal path, a race I have yet to win. I’m committed to our children’s future health, and their children’s as well.
